Fat Loss Myths BUSTED! Myth #5 “It is too hard!”
Getting older sucks. Your metabolism slows down, things start sagging, and you trade playground time for a desk job. What does that mean? For me, it means none of my pants would zip up any more, right around the time when I took my first grown-up job as a pharmaceutical rep, which was worse then the freshmen 20 (pounds), since my metabolism also started slowing down. I tried everything. Dieting, exercise, detox,... you name it; I have tried it. For me, dieting was not fun. Being hungry all the time meant none of my friends want to be around me. I tried detox and that was NOT for me. (My friends threatened to hog tie my and feed me... I was super cranky, to say the least!) Exercising seemed like a great idea, except I had no idea what I am suppose to do! After doing years of research, I learned the secret to staying fit and living a healthy lifestyle. My friends kept asking me how I was able to lean up, and I decided to get certified as a personal trainer through ISSA and quit my day job to pursue what I love: Helping people live a happy healthy life! I created this site so I can share this with others and help them achieve their goals as well. =)
